Visitors will have the opportunity to taste and buy other specialties from the region in addition to the white truffles. There are stalls selling cheese, pasta, cold cuts, wine, chocolate, hazelnuts from Piedmont and chestnuts from Cuneo.
And of course, wine tastings from this famous region are also part of the program. On the weekends, world-renowned chefs are invited to give masterclasses, you can take part in courses on wine and there are lectures on all kinds of culinary topics, most of which take place in the Cortile della Maddalena.
