Italy has one of the most packed conference agendas of any city in the world in any one month, say January you'll find conferences on Feline Dentistry to Drug Tourism, and you were wondering why the hotels were full, right? Of course, not all of these conferences are expected to attract millions of visitors to the city of Rome. I mean, how many feline dentists are there? However, I just want to make it purrrfectly (pun intended) clear that there are definitely a few events that you will want to keep an eye out for.

Hey everybody! Can we talk about summer vacations for a moment? I mean, we just wrapped up "Ferragosto" the Italian equivalent of "Mid-August Holidays", so it's basically a countdown to the end of summer now. Vacationers are packing up their bags as we speak – I imagine them going, “Ciao!” and fading into the horizon. As much as I loved having everyone around, can't deny, I'm looking forward to having the house to myself again.
