- The product must be valid through 12 months of your contract agreement with Dolcevia.

- 50% of your total invoice can be exchanged as a barter however 50% must be paid in full and discounts do not apply.

- Your product must be able to used in competitions or apply to Dolcevia e-commerce or promotional activities.

- Dolcevia.com reserves the right to not accept barters if we deem the product to be unsuitable.

- The products must be new and acceptable regarding our standard of quality.

- Dolcevia.com does not accept any responsibility for transportation from Italy to Antwerp, Belgium. Products must be shipped at your own cost.

- Products must be shipped to Oogststraat 31, 2600, Berchem, Belgium within 14 days after the date of your contract unless otherwise agreed.

- Barter value may exceed the net value of 50% of your contract however it can never be less in value.

- Duties and import taxes are to be paid by the barter partner, Dolcevia will not accept these cost, therfore the goods will returned at the cost of the exporter.

- Barter products must be considered among the primary products or services of the partner unless explicity agreeed between Dolcevia and the partner.

- All serivces agreed will be specified in the sales contract supplied by Dolcevia.com

- This agreement is exclusively valid for Italian partners limited the companies mentioned in the sales agreement and may not be exchanged or transfered to any other party inside or outside of Italy.
